The custo diagnostic client Setup Program is based on an MSI Installer an can be used also for Roll out Procedures.

Installation

  1. Copy the CustoCfg.ini created during the custo diagnostic server Setup into the same Folder as the custo diagnostic client Setup Program

  2. Start the Client Setup Programm (available in English and German Language)


  3. Read the License Agreement (EULA)


  4. After you have accept the License Agreement you hav the Possibility to change the Setup Parameter.
    Click on 'Advanced' to change the Parameter


    If you dont change the Parameter the Setup is performed with the following Options:

    Continue with Step 6.

  5. After you click on "Advanced" you can change the Destination Folder for the Client Program. custo diagnostic client is a 32bit program and is installed according to "C:\Program Files (x86)\custo diagnostic client" as a default. However, you can also select any other (local!) folder. Do not install the custo diagnostic client on a network drive or UNC path.

    Click on "Next"

    Here you have the Possibility to change the Installation Options for the Setup:


  6. Click on "Install" to start the Installation


  7. Click on "Finish" to End the Installation

After the Installation you will find one (or two) Shortcuts on your Desktop:

custo diagnostic client: Start the custo diagnostic client Main Program in Normal Mode
Quick ECG: Start the custo diagnostic client Main Program in Quick ECG Recording Mode
ECG Monitoring: Start the custo diagnostic client Main Program in ECG Monitoring Mode for remote Monitoring

Trouble Shooting

If you got this Error Message after you tried to Start custo diagnostic client:

maybe an Windows Update is missing. You have to install the Windows update KB2999226.


(warning) Hint:
Its every time a good Idea to install ALL available Windows Updates before install custo diagnostic on a Computer!
