To update or downgrade the firmware from a custo guard you need to have a single charger and a COM RF)*

        
If the guard has a firmware version 1.3.x.x. or before you always need to have a Single charger and a COM RF.

)* You do not need the COM RF if you upgrade from firmware 1.4.0.0. to a higher version. Than you can only use a single charger.

Procedure:

Connect the single charger using a micro USB cable to the Computer. Plug in the COM RF into the computer. (Only if the guard has a firmware 1.3.x.x. or older)
When you start the custo med Firmware Update Tool 5 you have to have an internet connection and download the new updates.

After downloading the latest update files you can select "Update custo guard"
Make sure there is no other guard than the one you would like to update in the range of the COM RF.
If it sees more guards you cannot update the guard on the single charger.

Choose the firmware that you want to install, downgrades are possible as well.

Press Update
