In case an evaluation have been performed under the wrong patient in custo diagnostic you have the possibility to assign the evaluation to the correct person.

Remark: Make sure that you know what you are doing.

This can only performed by a user that has rights to "assign a patient new". This rights can be set under the user administration in the service center. User rights in service center
