This option was introduced in versions 4.6.2 and 4.7.
The main point here is that the user wants a profile which can consist of several levels and is used for HR control, but only in connection with telemetric training.
During the Test all Watt values in the profile where you can enter as many steps with different watts, is converted into a multilevel HR profile.
The option can be activated via the settings editor in the setting cardio concept\Trainingsplatz\SimulatedMultilevelHrTraining.
If this option is active, any free load profile for ergometers (not for treadmills!) can be used for this codition.
If all requirements are met, then the option becomes effective in the training phase, because only there the respective load value is interpreted as a % value and the current training pulse is determined from the maximum HF of the patient. If, for example, the load value is 80 watts and the maximum HR limit value of the patient is 145 1/min at one level of the profile in the training phase, then the program determines 80% * 145 1/min = 116 1/min. The patient then automatically receives the new training pulse of 116 1/min in this section of the training phase. This new training pulse is displayed wherever it occurs.
So that it somehow has a meaningful effect in a telemetric exercise, various data that have something to do with the current training pulse of the patient can be displayed in the F8 table. This table is then used to show the patient which pulse he should "set".
The following columns are important for the F8 table and for "manual" HR control:
