Introduction

The custo Service Center is a independend Tool to (like):

• get Information about the License
• manage Databases
• manage Users
• manage Tenants
• manage Settings
• manage HL7 Settings
• manage custo manager Behaviors
• konvert Databases

(Service Center Surface with all Options enabled)

Password Level

Some of the Pages / Function in the Service Center are protected by passwords.

No Protection

All Pages from which information are presentated to the customer are no protected.

Customer Password Level

The customer password is computed from the string "customed" and the last two characters of the license number + the current day.

Example: Date is 11.06.2018, License Number is 104573 => the password is: customed84

Some pages who can handled by the customer like managing users or workstations are proteted by this level.

Maintenance CodeMeter or Daily Password Level

The Daily Password can be computed via the Service Provider Internet Page at custo med Service Provider Login (registered Users only).
If a Maintenance CodeMeter is pluged in the Computer while the Service Center starts, the Daily Password Level will be also enabled.

Some Pages which are extrem interfere custo diagnostic, like the "Settings Editor" or "Insert foreign Evaluations into Database" are protected by the Daily Password Level.
