When you start the CSC and you got a message like similary or followings:

"CSC will not start, because this workstation isn't a satellite system...."

Please start the "CustoService.exe" as administrator! Or set in the properties of "CustoService.exe" - start as administrator

If you got the same dialog during the start of the custo manager.exe, please do the same steps like above mentioned.
