Important: the Lode ergometers and treadmills with blood pressure do need an external trigger, this option includes the license and the cable:
12149/LODE Real time QRS-Trigger-Modul incl. Trigger cable for LODE ergometers with blood pressure.
From version 4.6.15 and 5.3.1. we have changed the behavior from custo diagnostic in case a blood pressure with a warning and/or an error have been sent by the lode ergometer.
This changes do support Lode ergometers with the following firmware versions and above.
CIM (Communication Interface Module) Firmware 1.0.27 or above,
KIM (Kadenz Interface Module) Firmware 1.0.5 or above
UIM70 (User Interface Module) Firmware 1.0.30 or above
ECM (Ergometer Control Module) Firmware 1.0.6 or above
In the past the behavior was as follows, in case a warning for a blood pressure was sent by the Lode ergometer custo diagnostic handled it in the same way as an error.
An error (7-510) was displayed in custo diagnostic when the ergometer sent warning for the measured blood pressure value. This has been done because custo diagnostic does not receive any information about the warning.
After many complains, because the Lode ergometer does show the blood pressure although the was a warning, custo med decided to, also display the blood pressure values sent by the ergometer with a warning.
(In case of a warning you should think about, arm movement, to less Korotkow sound and so on)
In custo the following settings should be made. Set the trigger port
For the ergometer the following settings should be made,
BP data, Without BP Status and disable watchdog should be selected.
How to make the setting can also be seen in the following VIDEO
Choose in Ergospiro and or Stress ECG that the blood pressure device is in the ergometer,
In the ergometer the following setting should be made under Terminal settings,
Communication Protocol Lode 38K4
Baud rate must be set to 38400,
Value 999 on BPM should be selected,
The correct communication port should be selected,
After that we activated Terminal or select the mode to start with Terminal
Select default start menu
Choose terminal
Safe by pressing the right arrow and restart the device.
