• Microsoft Windows Server 2016
• Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Database Systems

Approved databases and database servers:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2014 (all in 32bit and 64bit), 2016; all editions: e. g. Enterprise, Datacenter, Business Intelligence, Standard, Express, Workgroup, Web

Hints:
As SQL Database we recommend Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (any Edition) or higher.
Sometimes Microsoft SQL Express cannot be installed on the operating system. Check compatibilities with the customer’s IT technician in advance. Use the interactive installation mode in order to detect problems.
Always install all Windows updates on a Windows system before using custo diagnostic.

Computer Requirements

General and Recommendations

• custo diagnostic is designed to run on every Hardware or virtualized Systems.
• The Computer Hardware or virtualized Environment must meet the minimum requirements of the used Operating System.
• 1 GB additional RAM in your computer is recommended.
• To have a good 'View Experience' we recommend an Intel Core i-CPU (no Atom or Celeron etc.) and a Intel HD Graphic Adapter at minimum.
• Discrete PCIex Graphic Adapters are very welcome.
• On the (CodeMeter) Server or on the local Workstation (eg. Satellite System) a USB or SD Card Connector for the CodeMeter Dongle (USB Dongle or SD Card) is necessary. A USB-to-Network Adapter for USB Dongles is also possible (eg. myUTN-xx Box, see at www.seh-technology.com)
• Fore every custo med Device with USB Connector (eg. custo cardio 100 USB, custo cardio 130, custo cardio 200 USB, custo cardio 300 USB, custo cardio 400 USB, custo com IR, custo com RF, custo multi com) a USB Port (USB 2.0 recommend) must be available. Please do not use external USB Hubs.

Hints:
custo diagnostic 4.x has an Client-Database-Architecture - so on the "custo diagnostic Server Computer" a custo diagnostic Client has to be installed to run some Interfaces like HL7 or DICOM.

Hardware Requirements (absolute minimum)

• 32bit or 64bit x86 1-core CPU with with 1 Ghz
• 256 MB RAM
• 500 MB HDD Space (without Database)

Hardware Requirements from custo diagnostic 4.6.4 an later

• Core i3 CPU with 2 GHz (Hyperthreading enabled)
• Intel HD Graphics 4200 or equivalent discrete PCIe Graphic Adapter
• 500 MB HDD Space without Database System, 5 GB HDD Space with Database System
