If the diag server (Tomcat) issues an OutOfMemory Exception due to the server running out of memory, this can be changed very easily in the TomCat Properties Editor. 

How can I find the server service?

Variant 1

Enter the Name "custo diagnostic Server" in the search  the Start menu of Windows

Variant 2

see in the Programm Directory from Windows in the Folder "custo diagnostic Server"

The following steps are to be carried out

Stop the diag Server

Change the Memory pool

Start the diag Server
