custo diagnostic is using a Database to store some Data.
The custo diagnostic 5.x Database ist divided into two Parts:
- a Database like H2, MS SQL or MariaDB who stores:
- User Data with Credentials
- Roles and Access Rights
- Doctors Data with Address
- User- and Workstation specific Settings
- Patient Base Data
- Evaluation Base Data
- Measurement Values for Big Data Analysis
- Audit Trail Data
- a File storage location for cst Files (RAW Data of the Evaluation)

Supported file storage locations
- local file system
The file storage must be located on the same computer where the custo diagnostic server is installed! Physically or virtualized is ok. Network Share, NAS, NFS or other shared file locations are NOT recommended! - Amz. S3
