Experience how modern software makes diagnostics faster, safer and more efficient. custo diagnostic screen provides you with all the tools you need to analyse ABPM data in a structured, guideline-compliant and convenient way.
As of custo diagnostic 5.10, custo diagnostic screen is available in custo diagnostic manager as well as in custo diagnostic client. The latter can be run under Windows as well as macOS.
Product overview
Highlights at a glance
custo diagnostic manager (Windows)
Pulse wave analysis and central blood pressure
More depth in diagnostics
The additional automatic analysis of central blood pressure and pulse wave velocity provides valuable information without additional effort. Instead, these readings help to assess the actual blood pressure situation and can pave the way for effective treatment.
Risk stratification
A glimpse into the future
By combining blood pressure severity and cardiovascular risk factors, the software determines the individual 10-year risk of serious cardiovascular disease. The results are presented in a clear and guideline-compliant manner and can be used to support targeted, sustainable blood pressure treatment.
Haemodynamic phenotypes
The targeted treatment of high blood pressure
In many cases, the exact cause of high blood pressure is unclear. As a result, various medications are tried in order to find the most effective treatment.
The software independently recognises critical haemodynamic and cardiovascular parameters and summarises these in their respective validated* combinations to form a specific phenotype. This information can be used to provide diligent and targeted treatment for the patient.
At a glance
Clear presentation of meaningful results
- Different view types make it easier to focus on what matters
- Clearly identifiable and customisable day/night phases enable quick detection of dipping behaviour
- Simultaneous display of limit values (limits according to the current ESH and ESC guidelines)
- Consideration of gender-specific differences
- Simple progress monitoring through simultaneous display of any two analyses
Seamless finish
Fast reporting, secure exchange, reliable archiving
- Fast diagnosis thanks to automatic analysis and interpretation
- Preconfigured, customisable findings texts
- Secure data exchange via standardised interfaces (GDT, HL7, DICOM, PDF/A) directly into the practice or clinic software
- Reliable archiving of all examinations in the central custo diagnostic platform – audit-proof, completely digital and retrievable at any time
custo holter ABPM
Combined analysis of Holter ECG and ABPM
In addition to holter ECG, custo diagnostic tera can also display the ABPM recorded in parallel. The simultaneous visualisation of both parameters enables a more comprehensive assessment of cardiovascular correlations and supports more precise diagnostics.

custo screen 300 & custo screen 310
ABPM recorder for precise recording of signals
custo screen 300
ABPM Recorder
Compact and reliable ABPM recorder for recording over several days. Ideal for assessing the blood pressure situation in everyday life and, thanks to night mode, also during sleep.
custo screen 310
ABPM with pulse wave analysis, central blood pressure & spot measurement
custo screen 310 combines ABPM with pulse wave analysis, central blood pressure and spot measurement. The system thus allows for a differentiated assessment of the actual blood pressure situation.
