If you would like to send us defective devices for repair, please fill out the repair order form (Word, PDF) and enclose it with the device you are sending in.
We can support you directly on your system if you want. You need an active internet connection on your system. Please download the following program:
customed-Support-DE-Win64 (for Microsoft Windows)
customed-Support-DE-macOS (for Apple macOS)
and click on „Execute“ when downloading. It is not necessary to install the program as it will be started immediately. Then give us a call so that we can directly contact you after having communicated your ID and your password.
